Red wine "Valdisanti" is a Tuscan wine region, where in the area of Chianti Classico, on clay-limestone soils grown Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Cabernet Franc. Once during the harvest the berries carefully sorted, then again sorted and separated from combs already at the winery. The wort was fermented at a controlled temperature in contact with the skin for 30 days. This is carried out every 4-6 hours immersion hats and remontazh. Malolactic fermentation takes place in oak barrels, of which 70% is used for the first time, the remaining 30% - again. Aged wine for 16 months in barriques and 12 months - in bottles. During this period, "Valdisanti" takes the necessary depth of flavor and aroma.
