There are notes of raspberry, sweet blond tobacco and sweet spices combined with fine touches of cocoa, vanilla and fine hints of ripe wild strawberry. The palate is fruity, balanced and well managed, revealing minerality, good definition, a certain gourmandize, acidity, tension and a slight linearity. On the palate, this wine expresses notes of fleshy cherry, red berries and, more slightly, violets, combined with hints of tonka bean/cocoa, nutmeg, cardamom, as well as fine spices and a very discreet hint of varietal aromas.
