2017 PROFESION MALBEC, VALLE DE UCO, MENDOZA, ARGENTINA

With a past as an export manager of important wineries, Sebastián Salas is a young man from Mendoza who decided to launch his own wines thanks to the support of his friend and winemaker Felipe Stahlschmidt. This first series of labels illustrates different roles in the wine business. For the malbec he chose the figure of the "sommelier" and grapes from Altamira and Los Arboles, Valle de Uco. The result is a complex red with rich herbal depth, candied black fruits and spices. Juicy and expressive center of mouth with medium body. It flows dry with firm yet friendly tannins.
