Gluten-free, vegan, and less than 0.09 grams of sugar per glass makes this a go-to for anyone on the Keto or any low carb diet. Created by two friends with a passion for both wine and fitness, they crafted a "proprietary process" for how they lower the sugar without lowering the alcohol levels. This is done by extending fermentation through dry fermenting. Then they triple filter the wine using a cross-flow filtration system extracting more tannins therefore they don't have to use flavor additives. Dark ruby red hues lead into aromas of dried dark flowers and jammy red fruits. A juicy palate of red berries is rounded out by tart red currant leading into a long warm finish with nuances of spice and woodsy oak.
