TASTING NOTES:

• View: bright yellow.
• Nose: aromatic intensity, medium-high, expressive, white flower notes, light touches of citrus and honey notes.
• Mouth: Very nice entrance, feeling fresh, creamy center with volume, sweet and with a long finish, with Mediterranean character.

APPELLATION: Spain wine.

GRAPES: 66% Merseguera, 23% Viognier, 11% Malvasía.

AGEING: Aged in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 8 months.

PREPARATION: prepared according to the methods of organic farming.

PAIRING: grilled whitefish, complex salads, soft starters, pasta with fish sauce, white meats, grilled vegetables, rice fish, smoked and risottos.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-10ºC
