2019 BODEGAS PUIGGROS EXEDRA AMPHORA WHITE SINGLE VINEYARD, CATALUNYA SPAIN (NATURAL WINE)

The grapes used to make Puiggròs Exedra are grown on calcareous clay soils. The vines used are situated in the municipality of Ódena at altitudes of between 450-650 metres. The vineyards are cultivated organically, with the intention of respecting the local ecosystem as much as possible.

The harvest is carried out manually to ensure that only the best bunches are selected and they are not damaged during the process. After being transported to the winery, the grapes then undergo alcoholic fermentation partially in amphorae, partially in tanks. Following this, the juice of Puiggròs Exedra undergoes a light maceration.
