2020 CARLOS MORO OINOZ VERDEJO, RUEDA SPAIN

Oinoz (the name in Greek references the origins of wine) is the personal project of one of Spain’s top winemakers, Carlos Moro, who had a very successgul career in several wine regions including Toro, Rueda, and Ribera del Duero and who is also the founder of the prestigious Grupo Matarromera. Refreshing and elegant, this wine clearly demonstrates the potential of the Verdejo grape. It has an enticing bouquet of white flowers and tropical fruits and is well-structured on the palate with good balance and a touch of acidity.
