The grapes come from 20 to 40-year-old vines planted in the town of Esparraguera, owned by the Ca n'Estruc winery.
Harvested at an optimal ripening point, once in the cellar the grapes were destemmed, gently crushed and underwent pre-fermentation maceration. After that, this Spanish red wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
Finally, L'Equilibrista 2016 was transferred into new medium toasted French oak barrels from Allier, where it was aged for 14 months.
Decant this Crianza red wine 30 minutes before drinking.
