Meaning ‘Monk’ in Greek, this wine has been created to emphasise the suitability of Syrah in Spain. Such wine has been made from a blend of Syrah, which has particularly adapted to the rough climatic conditions of the centre of Spain, and Graciano grapes. It has been aged in a mixture of French and American barrels for 12 months.
