The selection of the bins with which this wine was made was based on the potential with the caual they had evolved in the fermentation process. Malbec and Cabernet Franc were co-fermented together, in similar percentages to the final cut. The maceration lasted 35 days in order to enhance the concentration of the wine, a consequence of its location in the vineyard. Once this process was finished, everything was sent to second-use French barrels for 24 months.
