The house of Cazanove is one of the oldest in the region, and has been producing traditional Champagne wines since 1811. King Edward VII of England was so fond of Cazanove's Brut that he had cases of it imported with labels made specially for him. Though Maison de Cazanove now enjoys the use of modern eonological technology, there is still centuries of tradition steeped into the winemaking that make it a classic example of Champagne.
