• View: Amber with mahogany reflections.
• Nose: aromas of candied fruits, honey, roasted with a touch stale.
• Mouth: fruity, warm, sweet, notes pasificadas prunes, raisins, dried figs, with a clearly torrefacto aftertaste.

APPELLATION: Tarragona.

GRAPES: Grenache and Garnacha Blanca.

AGEING: aged in old oak foudres by the solera system.

PAIRING: fresh cheeses, quince or foie gras, nuts or nougat Christmas.

TEMPERATURE: 10-12 °C
