The Grand Marrenon cellar has existed since 1965, created by a group of winegrowers passionate about their terroir. Its location is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields of lavender, olive trees and cherry trees, and is recognized as a biosphere reserve by Unesco. The Vignerons de Marrenon are the guarantors of an authentic territory, they are permanently supported with a rigorous plot approach accompanied for the precision vinifications of a goldsmith by Philippe Tolleret (agricultural engineer who worked for large groups). is located between the mythical mountains of Luberon in the South (1125 m) and Ventoux in the North (1912 m), which forge the character of these appellations: maximum sunshine, tempered by the altitude and the thermal amplitude linked to the proximity of the Alps from the South, gentle slopes and limestone hillsides, valleys exposed to the benefits of the Mistral wind ... all these factors favor the exceptional expression of this mosaic of terroirs from which Marrenon benefits. the ideal cradle of Syrah and Grenache, largely dominant and in white Vermentino, pride of the House.This cuvée comes from clay-grained plots aveleuses with strong stoneiness on the southern exposed flanks of Mont Ventoux.
