Aromas and flavors of carob, dried raspberry, cinnamon, bouquet garni, clove, and charred green pepper with a slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish medium-to-full body and an even, delightful, medium-length finish that shows notes of rooibos tea with leafy tannins and moderate oak flavor. A rock solid Bordeaux rouge with lots of attractive earthy aromatics.
