2019 PIERO BUSSO LANGHE NEBBIOLO, PIEMONT ITALY

The Langhe Nebbiolo of Piero Busso is a deep red wine that evokes hints of rose petals and cherry blossoms. The fermentation takes place in steel tanks at controlled temperature, while the aging lasts 8 months in large oak barrels and 2 months in bottle. With a beautiful ruby red color, in the nose, it is harmonious and balanced and it develops pleasant fruity aromas.

It is a fresh wine on the palate, with very balanced and harmonious tannins and alcohol. Full-bodied, elegant, and very persistent wine, it is perfect to drink in combination with lasagne with meat sauce, fondue, and “fegato alla veneziana”
