Straw-yellow sparkling wine whith a typical vinous scent, a light perfume and a pleasantly bitter taste, not full bodied. Produced in the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene with the Charmat method. Besides being an excellent aperitif, it accompanies well both light hors d'oeuvres and fish.
