    Winemaking:
    Manual selection of grapes to the winery entrance. fermentation Partial de-stemming in mills for 2 days, with control temperature. Reassembly and intense maceration for 2 days. 20% naturally fortified with brandy (77% vol). Aged in wood and stainless steel for 4 years, being produced by traditional method without filtration or stabilization processes.

     

    Grape Varieties:
    Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Tinta Amarela,Tinto Cão,Sousão,Tinta Barroca

    Tasting Notes:
    Deep red color. Nose shows elegant fruit flavors and floral notes. In mouth it shows full, structured and soft, with aromas of wild berries complexed with balsamic notes and cocoa. Final soft mouth and very persistent with intense notes fruit.

    Store and Serve Advices:
    Store in a cool dark place (12-14 º C), in a horizontal position, with minimal vibration. Serve at a temperature of 16 º C. It is advisable to use the same day or up to 3 weeks. May submit deposit in the bottle.

    Food Pairing:
    Superb with high quality blue or creamy cheeses, chocolates, berry fruit desserts.
