2015 TAMARAL FINCA LA MIRA, RIBERA DEL DUERO SPAIN

Despite the usual maturation differences that took place at the beginning of September due to the location of each vineyard, the good weather conditions allowed the harvest to be harvested in the optimal state of maturity. On this occasion, the harvest was slightly ahead of the usual dates, but the analytical and organoleptic characteristics, and the balance of the berries itself was ideal. The wines of this vintage have an impressive coloring intensity, thanks to the exceptional lighting conditions of maturation, with very violet hues and a narrow rim. In the olfactory phase they present important fruit tones, especially in the range of black fruits, as well as some mineral and spicy tones. On the other hand, in the gustatory phase, the wines are defined by a very good balance and a high tannic potential, characterized by sweet tannins that denote the good phenolic ripening of the berries.
