Balbas, Crianza, Ribera del Duero DO - dry red wine, the production of which uses Tempranillo grapes with the addition of a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon. Berries are grown in the company's vineyards on vines, the average age of which is at least 45 years. At the end of the harvest, the fruits are pressed, followed by vinification, passing with strict temperature control in steel tanks. Wine is aged 189 months in French oak barrels.
