Emina Reserva (D.O. Ribera del Duero) is a wine you have to try. This is a wine that knows its value and only asks you to try it, that's how sure it is. One word for this wine is patience. A patience that starts in the field with a double selection of grapes, in the winery you shell the grapes one by one selecting only the best quality ones.

Then it spends 16 long months perfecting itself in French oak barrels from the Allier forests, where it is grown according to the haute futaire technique. But not satisfied with all this waiting, it is kept in the bottle for a few more months to finish its perfection.

FOOD MATCHING: You can pair it with a cheese board and let the magic happen. Of course it is perfect to combine with red meat, even game, but also with baked fish.
