In Bonillo, land of junipers (indigenous tree, protected and of millenary growth),
rosemary and thyme, is our Finca Élez, with the highest rating, Vino de Pago.
It is a careful agricultural operation, molded by its owner, Manuel Manzaneque, to extract the best quality wines from it, on the basis of limiting the production of these wines that bear his name. Our winery is located at 1080 meters in the heart of the Sierra de Alcaráz, where the breeze that guides the mountains and the differences in temperature between day and night make our grapes give the best that there is in it.
