Located in Spain’s O Rosal Valley near the River Mino, it is one of Rías Baixas’ leading producers. Their Abadía de San Campio Albariño comes from vineyards high in the valley and as a result is brimming with energy and mountain freshness. Imagine whipping up a sorbet of citrus, tropical fruit and peaches and then eating it while running through the crisp morning dew in an apple orchard. The classic match is seafood, but we also love to serve this joyful white with tapas, mildly spicy curries, zingy rice dishes, pineapple or mango salsa, and crunchy salads all summer long.
