Mercat Cava aims to evoke the spirit of community, liveliness, and tradition. The producer is El Xamfrá, which was founded in 1987. Their critically acclaimed Cava is made using traditional methods by Francisco Dominguez who hand crafts every bottle with the utmost attention and care.

This sparkler is dry as a bone, medium-bodied and well balanced with crisp acidity. It moves through the mouth in cool waves of flavors of papaya, pear, green apple, and citrus rounded out with hints of hazelnuts. A great bubbly for a picnic, or a chicken burrito. One of our favorites.
