The Franciacorta Brut "P.R." by Monte Rossa is a wine created to celebrate 35 years of operation of the winery. Its name hides a tribute to the founders: in fact, the founders of this wonderful reality of Franciacorta are Paola Rovetta and her husband Paolo Rabotti; now the winery represent a point of reference of the whole area of franciacorta. This Franciacorta is a Blanc de Blacs, produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes, which are a perfect balance between structure and complexity of the wine reserve (used for 35%) and the elegance and finesse resulting from its Chardonnay vintage. This Franciacorta Brut "PR" is proof that the Monte Rossa winery search excellence not only in vintage, but throughout its entirely production.
