Made 100% with Syrah grapes from our Campo Martuela and El Casar de La Guardia farms. Traditional fermentation with daily pump-overs. After 20 days of maceration in tank with the skins. The wine ferments and remains for 15 months in French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. Intense cherry red color, very covered and well preserved.
