2015 BERONIA III A.C. RIOJA ALTA, SPAIN

Beronia III a.c is a red wine made by Bodegas Beronia, located in the heart of the Rioja Alta. Beronia combines the tradition of La Rioja with cutting edge and innovative ideas. Bodegas Beronia constantly invest in R+D (Research and Development) and all of their vines are grown organically.
This wine is made with Tempranillo (92%), Graciano (4%) and Mazuelo (4%) grapes from vineyards over 55 years old.
The grapes, after the alcoholic fermentation, macerate and begin ageing in new French oak barrels. After six months the wine is transferred to semi-new barrels, where it ages for 15 months.
