This blend of 90% Tempranillo, 5% Mazuelo and 5% Graciano, with its 14 months of barrel aging is very very serious wine for the money. Dark ruby/garnet color. Firm, well-integrated tannins are coated by thick berry fruit. Some licorice and candied fruit meld with subtle oak notes in the nose.
