There is California Pinot Noir on the wine list, which has been nurtured on sustainable vineyards near Monterey Bay, California. The style is wonderfully juicy and refreshing with delicious lightly spiced fad notes in the finale. The fully ripe Pinot Noir fruit appears clean and elegant in the glass, and there is fruit richness in long overseas lanes. Souvenir Pinot Noir is not violent and voluminous, but quite light and elegant in style with a flattering juicy repertoire that makes it ultra-drinkable. Well-laid red summer berries radiate from the glass with flowers, raspberries, strawberries, cherries, blueberries and vanilla, which round it all off. The taste is medium-bodied and velvety soft without hard edges, and the red berries easily settle on the tongue as a cool morning dew with a fresh ripe acid to create balance and harmony in a straightforward finale with sweet licorice-spiced tannins.
