VINEYARD: Name: Finca Calvestra, located in Requena. Mediterranean vineyard mountain 900 meters above sea level. Gobelet with dry strict with crops. organic viticulture. Vineyards in chalky soil with silt-sandy texture.

GRAPES: 100% Merseguera.

AGING: 11 months aging on lees in Bordeaux barrels of acacia wood.

PREPARATION: sorting table. Stemming and crushing soft. Fermentation in 225 liter barrels with yeasts.

WINE PAIRING: appetizers, seafood, grilled sea bream, white meat, pasta, dishes with creamy sauces, rice, foie.
