TASTING NOTES:
APPELLATION: Ribera del Duero (Castilla y Leon, Spain).
VINEYARD: Bodegas Rodero.
GRAPES: Tempranillo.
AGEING: Madura for 9 months in concrete tanks and French oak, then stand in the bottle for 3 months.
PREPARATION: The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed, are squeezed in a traditional way, and gently macerated fermented in stainless steel tanks, where alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature of 22 ° C occurs.
