2020 FRANCO SERA PINOT NOIR, PIEMONTE, ITALY

Making good Pinot Noir is an art as the grape has thin skin, which does
the less hardy and therefore requires just the right climate and gentle
treatment in the vinification.
This Pinot Noir is created by the Sperone family who have made premium
wine in Piedmont for four generations. It is proof that with know how
and patience, one can make good Pinot Noir in a region that otherwise
most is known for the king of wine, Barolo.

Elegant but warm and full-bodied aromatic wine, with beautiful notes of cherries, strawberries
and raspberries. The wine is dry in the mouth and has silky soft tannins.
