TASTING NOTES:

• View: bright straw yellow, greenish reflections.
• Nose: aroma of medium to high intensity very fine and elegant, with notes of tropical fruit and fresh grass.
• Mouth: Very balanced, tasty and fresh, pleasant and harmonious whole.

APPELLATION: Ribeiro.

VINEYARD: 50 hectares of vineyards. Various fields of the 4 valleys of the Ribeiro, mostly granitic base.

GRAPES: Treixadura, Torrontés, Albariño, Godello, Loureira, others.

PREPARATION: Traditional fermentation in stainless steel at low temperature. The varieties are fermented separately and then assembled.

WINE PAIRING: all kinds of fish, shellfish, crustaceans and molluscs. Perfect with traditional Galician cheeses.

RECOMMENDED SERVING TEMPERATURE: 7-10ºC
