Malbe della Bodega del Fin del Mundo is a wine that originates in Patagonia and precisely in the area of San Patricio del Chañar, near Neuquén. It is the result of a 30-day fermentation with maceration on the skins. Once the malolactic fermentation is complete, the wine is aged in barrique for about 4 months. In the glass it takes on a deep red color with purple hues. The nose is an explosion of elegant aromas ranging from violet to ripe plum, with hints of chocolate, tobacco and vanilla. The sip is balanced and full, with a fruity and very persistent finish. To be paired with grilled red meat or large stewed game dishes.
