Made up mainly from their own Riesling vines sourced from the coolest plots facing south-west, together with a little albariño. The grapes, some of which were affected by noble rot were manual harvested and hand selected. Single Estate wine partially fermented in carved stone vats from the 12th century at low temperatures.
